How it’s made

Since you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

In-stock items: usually handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days after we receive your order.

Made-to-order / special items: may require 4–6 weeks of build time before shipping, depending on the product and workload.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number.

We ship from Montreal / Brossard, QC to:

Canada, USA & Many international destinations

For the most accurate shipping quote, add your items to cart and go through checkout—rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination.

Please note: import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
