What is the status of my order? ▼
Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder.
In-stock items: usually handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days after we receive your order.
Made-to-order / special items: may require 4–6 weeks of build time before shipping, depending on the product and workload.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number.

We ship from Montreal / Brossard, QC to:
Canada, USA & many international destinations
For the most accurate shipping quote, add your items to cart and go through checkout — rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination.
Important: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in item prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
How long will it take to ship my order? ▼
There are two parts to timing:
Processing / build time
– In-stock items: usually ship within 2–5 business days
– Built-to-order items: typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the product
Transit time
Depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location.
If you have a deadline (track day, scheduled install, etc.), contact us so we can recommend the best option.
How do I track the progress of an order? ▼
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and a link to follow the shipment.
If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to your account page to view your order history and status.
ORDERS
Can I change my order? ▼
We can only modify orders that haven’t been prepared for shipping or gone into production yet.
If you need to change a product, quantity, or address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order is packed or in production, changes may not be possible.
How do I cancel my order? ▼
If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order.
– If production hasn’t started and the order is not shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel.
– For built-to-order or special items already in production, cancellation may not be possible.
If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to receive the item and request a return (if eligible). Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
On our website, you can usually pay with:
– Major credit and debit cards
– Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal (varies by region)
– Financing options such as Affirm (when available)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns? ▼
Yes, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as:
– The product is unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition
– Returned with all original packaging, hardware, and accessories
Returns may be subject to up to a 30% restocking fee and original shipping is non-refundable.
Typically returnable:
– Standard in-stock exhausts and downpipes (unused)
– Select accessories (unused in original packaging)
Non-returnable (no exceptions):
– Electronic components (controllers, valve modules, sensors, wiring)
– Used or installed exhausts/downpipes/mufflers
– Custom-built or special-order systems
– Items without original packaging or missing parts
– Products damaged from misuse, modification, or improper installation
– Items past the return window
Can I exchange an item? ▼
Yes, exchanges are possible under the same conditions as returns:
– Purchased from our store
– Unused, uninstalled, in original packaging
– Requested within 14–30 days (depending on policy)
Typically the process is:
– You place a new order for the correct item
– You return the original product (if eligible)
– We refund the original item minus applicable fees after inspection
Shipping for exchanges is usually the buyer’s responsibility.
How do I make a return? ▼
– Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
– If eligible, we’ll confirm next steps and provide the return address.
– Carefully re-pack the item with all original components.
– Ship it back using a trackable service.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll refund minus applicable restocking fees. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Are returns free? ▼
No. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
We recommend keeping your original packaging until you’re sure you are keeping the product.
GENERAL
Can I reuse my OEM valves? ▼
On many platforms, yes — some of our valved systems are designed to work with factory valve motors or vacuum actuators, retaining OEM drive modes and buttons.
In other cases, an aftermarket valve controller may be recommended for full manual control.
Contact us with your car model and year and we’ll confirm compatibility.
Do you have a physical store? ▼
We are based in Montreal / Brossard, QC.
Local pickup is often available by appointment for certain items.
We also work with partner shops for installation and custom fabrication.
Contact us if you want to arrange a pickup or need a shop recommendation.
Is there a warranty? ▼
Yes, we offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Coverage may include:
– Tubing, welds, and structural components
– Valves and electronic parts (limited time period)
– Finish issues (within a short window)
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not wear and tear, abuse, improper installation, tuning-related damage, or racing use.
Labor, shipping, and incidental costs are not covered.
